-Added Interior

-Added /Admin Commands

-Added Cell Commands

-Took out door CP's

- Added a Sprunk Machine

- Fixed Door bug

-Fixed Hospital big

- Fixed Newbie Spawn

- Changed /n chat color

- Fixed the stair well.
